There are no centralized points of failure in Bitcoin to stop, seize, destroy, arrest, EcT. Countries like North Korea, Iran, and Venezuela have used Bitcoin to circumvent US sanctions with ease.

I'd even argue that the crippling of Bitcoin by the Core devs raises questions about it, if it can't scale on chain and second layer solutions are necessary that provides for points of failure. I'd honestly call it a successful attack if the network is too slow and too expensive to use.
