Ever heard of this guy called Phil A. Buster? That's why. It prevents them from passing a lot of radical stuff. Thank god for Joe Manchin and Kirsten Sinema if they both follow through with their promises not to vote to eliminate it by brute forcing its removal 51-50.

That's why 2022 is soooo important...if Dems gain ANY more seats in the Senate, it's over. Really and truly...there will be no recovering from that point. They'll have the votes to nuke it, give DC and PR statehood (+4 D Senators), have like a 57-47 majority, and the rest will be history. Nothing else will matter at that point. It will truly be over for conservatives.
