It's because Biden isn't in charge. Usually the first ones to scream about EOs is Congress because they think it bypasses their authority. I don't hear too many objections from Congress. That tells us that somebody is in charge over the whole bunch of them who's calling the shots. Prove me wrong.
They're all on the same team. It's one big uni-party, and outsiders aren't welcome. These people have dinner together, their kids hang out, they laugh their assess off in closed doors. It's like wrestling, they put on a good show but behind the scenes they all get a kick out of it.
