Here's the not-so-secret secret. Biden is the fall guy. He's going to ram through every piece of toxic, garbage pseudo-law that the party wants, get his hands nice and dirty, and disappear. Queue Kamala coming in as President with nice clean hands, the savior of the Republic. She's the one they wanted to begin with, there's no other reason they would have chosen the 2nd to last finisher in her primary that nobody in her own party even likes. So Biden does the dirty work and steps aside for Kamala with her nice, clean hands.
