My Norton VPN is working with no apparent throttling.

I watched some of this video and started to wonder if anyone else corroborated this VPN behavior. It will be interesting if more reports like this come out.

My VPN has been slow lately but right now it seems fine. Something to watch for.

I have no problem with my VPN either. After checking with some other people, this appears to be an issue with his homebrew VPN product. Usually this guy has some good information. Thanks for the feedback, patriots.
