And as we know, the cause of death wasn't the actual knee to the neck, but rather the restriction of breathing that the officer's body weight caused. Nobody realistically thinks he has any damage to his neck.

Let's not forget the autopsy, which basically says no significant damage to the neck, and lethal quantities of fentanyl in the blood.
