Removing those soldier for the crime of supporting Trump won't make them stop supporting Trump. Now you have trained members of the military who resent you in a country where civilians have a lot of guns.

This is known information. During our operations security briefs we were told to look out for these things happening.
Some examples just from my experience
Had an E-3 get busted for smuggling drug cartel members across the border
-Cocaine dealers affiliated with mexican gangs busted distributing in the barracks
The notorious Pendleton 4 whom raped and murdered a family were all gang members.
On two separate occasions had Marines admit to being affiliated with Alqueda. They joined for training but didn't want to leave the US after seeing how awesome it is and thought admitting they were enemy spy's would be a way to stay.
This was just what happened in and around me. These kind of things happen all the time and it's not just USMC specific. I'd estimate at least 1 in 500 of our military is a gang/terrorist spy who joined for the free training. That's a lot of enemy spy's considering the military is over 1million strong.
Step back and look at the bigger picture, like seeing a wall of screens showing the multitude events. This is just one more in a sea of decisions that make no logical sense and only serve to foment resentment, It goes much further back than Jan 20th, though that is where the acceleration began.
I think they are pushing like this because they want instability to go full commie.
Trump is the legit president. We know this. Thankfully, without hopium, there are things happening in courts and States, It may or may not correct things, but it will change things.
Some States are actively resisting - legally,
Florida, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota all have legal challenges of various types, and now was it Iowa lifted all restrictions? There is a fight being waged and it is at the State level. Recall that every State is a nation, a part of a united States. Help reinforce that.
Milley and Esper should have been fired on the spot. But I imagine that would have lead to more pearl-clutching peachmints from Congress. Or every other general would have followed suit denying orders.
