Both. My city isnt even 100k and it acts as a propoganda welfare trough. I did some fundraiser work for the city, and the grift is amazing. The worst part is the people doing it werent evil. They were joyfully bad at math. They genuinly thought they were making the city better with their wasteful spending.

Jacksonville and Colorado Springs are the largest conservative cities in the nation and they only have 10 point margins. I'm moving to 80%+ MAGA countryin a few months, and I can't wait to get away from all the mouth breathing retards
