Mike lindell does in his videos recently. Edit does not say it. His interviewee the col. Phil guy incenuates that a private equity firm from china influences the dominion board. I cannot reproduce the words but it's at 15 minute mark on his absolute proof video.
The documents that have been linked here show connections to "private" Chinese banks and finance companies - such as UBS Securiries (if I remember correctly) but it is importat to realize that there is actually no such thing in China as private companies.
In China, all Chinese companies are controlled by the party.

They're loosely tied to the Chinese by a holding company that's owned by another company that China has stake in.
It's circumstantial.
They don't have to be owned by China though to cause damage. They're for sale by the highest bidder. They purposefully leave open exploits in their software (weighted voting) so people with motivation can cause vote tamper.
In the US, a vote is a vote. There should be no fractional vote option, yet the option exists in their UI to do just that. There's also a way to force the scanners to manually adjudicate where you can literally change the votes on a ballot. I understand why this exists (in the event the scanner can't read it or the person filling it out was sloppy), but there should be a threshold and you shouldn't be able to change the votes in the software itself. It should reject the vote if it can't read it, set it to 'adjudication' meaning you're told to set the vote aside and contact the person who the vote belongs and have them come back in and correct the ballot. Every vote scan should have a serial number/3D barcode so you have to rescan the same ballot for it to be accepted. If another is ballot is used, then it errors out. It also should be time sensitive.
Not only are all Chinese firms merely arms of the CCP. it is now the case that the CCP is now attempting to bring even foreign firms in China under its control.
Exclusive: In China, the Party’s push for influence inside foreign firms stirs fears
BEIJING (Reuters) - Late last month, executives from more than a dozen top European companies in China met in Beijing to discuss their concerns about the growing role of the ruling Communist Party in the local operations of foreign firms, according to three people with knowledge of the discussions.
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials are increasingly calling on companies to support the creation of party organizations among their employees. The potential for party groups to influence corporate decision making has raised concern among some US company executives: What are foreign companies obligated to do, and how should companies respond to requests to establish party organizations in their China subsidiaries?

No, he says China hacked the system.
Just following up on it.
Nobody says China owns Dominion. Where are you getting that from?
Lmao, I've never heard that one either. I guess you could argue the dems are owned by china and they own Dominion, lol.
Ok ill listen to it again to double check.
All Chinese-based firms, including those that funded the buy-out of Dominion, are controlled by and report to the CCP.
See link in my comment above.

So, let's just be clear. There are effectively NO PRIVATE COMPANIES in China and they all operate to serve and report to the CCP.

I think China is just one of those that the dems outsourced the vote manipulation to.
So let your friends know also this:
