I would say, not even if they don't put you under arrest. If you are worried about cost, you can demand that they hire you a lawyer, but you should demand a lawyer before you even say hi, otherwise there is just all sorts of ways they can intimidate you and trip you up that might work if you haven't asked for a lawyer, but won't if you have.
