Install 'Tampermonkey' onto your web browser. I will only be linking the Chrome extension for Dissenter/Brave, because if you use any other browser you're an idiot.
Step two:
Go to this GitHub page, scroll down to 'strip (ublock / userscript)' bullet point under 'current solutions', click on 'userscript', and click 'Install' at the top.
