I like how she let slip that she lives in an overwhelmingly white, upper middle class/wealthy neighborhood, and has led a very sheltered and privileged life.
And that she is an ungracious turd....who was still waiting around for somebody else to clear her driveway....and was definitely not going to part with any recompense as she had rationalized that nobody in times past did such things for free.
Next time, let her pay for a yard service to come over and dig her ass out. She 1) has the money; 2) expects it.
