The only reasonable thing I can think of is that if undeniable proof of voter fraud is revealed and confirmed by the Supreme Court, it may force some people to get arrested finally and could result in getting rid of Dominion so the 2022 elections can be saved.
I say it may because I expect it not to be covered by anybody besides OAN, and if anybody does get charged, they’ll probably at most get a few months if not probation and some fines. If they can’t cover it up, then they may try to argue that Biden wasn’t personally involved, so he shouldn’t be kicked out of office (or they’ll blame Biden but claim Kamala wasn’t involved so she can move up).
There is no precedent for overturning an election after the new president was already inaugurated, so the cheated candidate gets back in office. Even though the popular vote in some of the swing states Trump “lost” was fraudulent, the actual Electoral Votes that Congress certified are legitimate even if they were gained by illegitimate means.
