Lin has a LOT more backbone, but because of all his over-the-top comments he's just not the best person to argue the case and he needs a Constitutional lawyer to help or the Supreme Court is going to just crush him for the sole purpose of embarrassing him. Chief Justice Compromised Roberts has NO desire to see a case PROVEN on voter fraud since HE was mostly responsible for denying the States case standing -- if they're taking the case, its probably because they know this particular case is a loser and htey just have to act like they "looked into it"
