HIPAA is the dumbest waste of paper ever and I make sure every doctors office is aware of this when they ask for signature on page 2 and then send my bloodwork to a lab I have no control over.
The hospitals constantly use it to (allegedly) hide the deaths due to medical errors, etc.
We should use it to our advantage for once.
This could even extend to pinging of your location constantly via cell phone towers and recording it, etc.
