Especially if there are not just a few of them, but a very sizable number. These pandemics only exist because the WHO changed the definition of an epedemic. They eliminated the requirement for a widespread illness causing a signifcant number of excess death. By unscientifically naming anyone with a positive Covid Test a Covid death, even though in early pathology testing in 2020 only very few death could be linked to Covid directly, the German government made a fool out of themselves, pretty much like all others. If you don't follow established medical science procedures and cause such massive economic losses, something terribly stinks.
