I think more like IGNORANT than dumb. Dumb is born dumb. Ignorant is choosing to go through life NOT educating yourself

I would say dumb because she didn't put 2 and 2 together. I wouldn't personally believe the vaccine did it 100%, but you can bet I would blame myself if it happened to me, because you never know.
