Really? Just this morning, the SC decided that the state will be permitted to restrict singing and chanting during services. Where in the Constitution does the government get to stop you from speech, especially prayer? They also can restrict a church to 25% of volume. After a year of evidence that these lockdowns have NO public health value, the state can still use it as an excuse to limit religion (as well as commerce).
This is clearly violating the First Amendment.
The court long ago dispensed with private property rights and allowed egregious abuse of eminent domain in Kelo.

Aside from 1 or 2 Justices, the SC has shredded any semblance of upholding the Constitution as written, and have relaxed protection after protection of our Liberties.
