They can pass anything they want, I don't care. Contact your state reps and see if they have enough synapses to figure out what "nullification" is.

The theory of nullification has never been legally upheld by federal courts.

The courts are not the end all be all and the founders themselves told us to use nullification in the face of unconstitutional "laws".
