Barr and Mueller are basically the same people. If we learned anything it is not to trust anyone who is a lifer in DC.

I think there was some kind of an agreement, that if Trump hired Barr, he would get rid of Mueller, but would never prosecute anyone for spying. Trump went along because at that time he needed to get out from under the investigation to be able to function.
