A few people learn life lessons from sports and in the right circumstances they can be beneficial. Overall though, sports blind people to how pitiful reality is around them and makes them complacent. Instead of using their life energy to better themselves and their community, they focus everything on a silly game. So much potential is wasted on sports. Much more than the benefits derived from them.
The way I naturally talk, I talk in absolutes. My 3 year old daughter does the same. It's the way my brain is wired. I regret playing sports because I missed out on opening and unleashing my mind. I was too preoccupied with shooting a ball in a hoop.

The above photo looks like two guy humping. Anytime I see mma on tv it's always two guys cuddling on the floor. Boxing is much better and more exciting.
