This is true regarding thousands of tickets being given to vaccinated healthcare workers via a lottery system. Stadium was only 1/3 full and the rest of the seats had cardboard cutouts. Tampa resident here. This is true regarding thousands of tickets being given to vaccinated healthcare workers via a lottery system. Stadium was only 1/3 full and the rest of the seats had cardboard cutouts. What an amazing night in Tampa!
