No states can recall a Senator. The Constitution only allows for expulsion by the Senate for removal, recall would have to be amended into the Constitution.
States can't add it to their Constitutions, as the Senate is a Federal entity, state law applies up until they become a Senator, then Fed/Constitution kicks in for jurisdiction, or that's how I understand it. Same for the House, the only way to remove is if they vote to do it.
Members of Congress are almost as safe from removal as judges.
So this fucktard is gonna be there for six more years? They will forget all about this by then. We need people to dig up dirt on this clown so we can push for impeachment. The dems would love to impeach a republican...
You can't impeach Senators. The Senate procedure is expulsion, and it's a 2/3rds vote. Now, a fun fact: no Senator has been expelled since the civil war.
So yeah, he's there for 6 more years, unless you can convince the Senate to expel him, or get a scandal going to force him to resign. Good luck, start digging. Find one Senator to take you seriously.
Like I said, Senators are almost as removal-proof as judges are. Why do you think they're so brazen? Think of all the senate scandals of the modern era, and that NONE were expelled. What does that tell you, and how bad a scandal you need to dig up?
The carbomb part was meant a joke, but because it's a good discussion:
We would never carbomb their kids. It is a defining feature of "us" that we do not seek to end the lives of innocent people to advance our cause. We cannot become like them in that aspect because "we" is defined as excluding that action.
"Our side", that is, the side of the people seeking the freedom to live and let live, has historically rarely-to-never employed such tactics. When it comes down to it, "our side" goes for the throat, not the heart.
What separates us from them? Our unwillingness to defend ourselves from degenerates that wish to see our complete destruction, evidently. You can keep going on about that “moral superiority” and “hearts and minds” bullshit all the way to the gulag. I prefer to live free, by any means.

We're talking about the Senate, stupid.
Tar and feather. Or carbomb their kids. Works for the demons.
If we become like them, then what separates us from them? If we become what we hate then Satan wins. Go join them if you want to be a murderer.

States are able to amend the constitution without the federal government by using a constitutional convention, but it has never been done.
