No states can recall a Senator. The Constitution only allows for expulsion by the Senate for removal, recall would have to be amended into the Constitution.
States can't add it to their Constitutions, as the Senate is a Federal entity, state law applies up until they become a Senator, then Fed/Constitution kicks in for jurisdiction, or that's how I understand it. Same for the House, the only way to remove is if they vote to do it.
Members of Congress are almost as safe from removal as judges.
