I have no doubt that Kyle did good work in Iraq but when he came back, he made up a lot of stories. Like shooting looters in NO from the top of the SuperDome. His confrontation with Jesse. His story about maybe killing someone in a sketchy traffic stop.
I get the urge to embellish but Kyle was a straight up Liar.
However, he didn’t deserve getting shot to death by someone he was just trying to help.
