Why didn't Trump fire both Barr and Wray long ago? Screw the optics. Save the country.

Trump said nice things about Barr on his way out the door .. after Barr publicly stated that there was not enough fraud to change the outcome of the election.

Trump appointed Wray in August 2017 and said almost nothing negative about him throughout his entire term .. Biden kept Wray on as FBI Director.

Because you think Trump is the strongman you want, instead of the nice billionaire he is.

All he'll do is lose gracefully as some proper tyrant gains popularity. And at this point, it's the only thing that will save the nation.

Remember that thought in the Fall when Covid-21 from the vaccines starts killing everyone and the Patriots leftover are going to be forced into fighting.

popularity lol.. popularity is completely insignificant at this point, no ? they can just dial in whatever tyrant figurehead they want to install

only the military has the power to save the nation from this scale of manipulation and they failed in that one duty it would seem

It makes perfect sense. They let him keep the office if he played ball. They would’ve impeached him a lot sooner, and successfully, too. Something something obstruction of injustice. Heh.

Yeah I agree with you. There's only so much he could have done by himself, nearly every piece of shit at his side being a traitor

John F Kennedy spoke out against the FBI/CIA and was shot in the throat from an overpass and we were told RV Oswald did it. Trump exposed the fakeness of the Republic. Do you think a quality candidate for FBI Director exists that would hustle around and reform the organization; restoring it to its core purpose of obtaining dirt on persons and exerting control over their lives? Wray's precious mane of blow dried hair and peevish & simpering delivery did enough for me.

Anyone qualified for the position had already spent their entire career within that system. They couldn't even begin to understand what needed changing.

Or they are in the know and would prefer to pence themselves in the eye than help the President.

Trump said nice things about Kim Jung. This is politics. You can't have your cousin as AG.

He worked within the system and they still crucified him. Imagine if he actually was a revolutionary.

It’s almost as if Trump became just another compromised politician.

That or he realized just how deep the swamp is

Or maybe he realized just how limited his options were, and started trying to limit personal damage.

He can't walk out the door burning the whole thing down and still expect to maintain his business. So he fought, but also mitigated his personal risk.

Cuz that’s probably the only way he wouldn’t get impeached the first go around.....

His appointments need the support of the Senate. The Senate is swamp.
