How does this guy even know? He's a trade and economic adviser. He's not responsible for drafting EOs and isn't privileged (in terms of credentials) to either draft, edit, or view the EOs until they've been published, unless he worked with the team to specifically run a certain policy through it. The WH Counsel, AG, EOP, and OMB all work to draft them, the Office of the Exec Clerk drafts and prints them, and the Staff Secretary puts them on his desk to sign.

So just curious...how does this guy even know about this??

I imagine that type of info would be hard to completely hide from trumps inner circle, which this guy was a part of.

And using your own logic, who's to say one of those 30 EOs wasn't directly related to this guy somehow?
