I can't speak to that since I didn't watch a second of the game, but I image Brady winning effected their thoughts on the game. I didn’t watch either, but I understand it was quite a blow-out, so it may have also just been a bad game from the perspective of anyone who wanted an exciting, close match.
I only watched the last 4 minutes because that's the best Brady football anyway. But from what I know of past years, apparently there was actually a functional defense on the Bucc's team so Brady wasn't in danger of being crushed in a cascade of oversized offensive tackles and he could actually execute his game strategy. Never understood why the Pats defense slept on the job.
