It is true, there are no minimum wage. BUT each guild union has an agreement to pay a minimum to the workers in their business. In that sense there are different minimum wages, but their are set in a way to not incentive the firing of swiss people in order to replace them with lower skilled workers that would ask for less.

BTW Switzerland is insanely expensive
CH is expensive, but so are Sydney and Melbourne
