This may seem weird but — I own most of the properties around a block. So — when it snows I take my snow blower and walk around the block clearing the sidewalks and then my driveways and then the driveways of my neighbors. Why now - I am up early making sure my tenants can get to work.
An interesting phenomenon — all my neighbors who loves them some Xiden complained to the city about my snow blowing — my trump neighbors bring me coffee or fresh bread.
You own the properties, so kick out the Biden supporters or don’t renew their lease if you have to wait and don’t rent to leftards in future. Put future renters through a very simple test “how do you feel about Trump” or something similar. Leftist scumbags would do the same to Trump supporters in a heartbeat so it’s time we started showing them the same consideration they’d show to us
I own MOST of the properties. So that means the houses between the houses I own, there are four of them, are owned by different people -- 2 are owned by leftards and 2 are owned by staunch Trump loving conservatives.
Also -- discrimination is not allowed for any reason in NY state. So -- if you meet my financial requirements you are good.
Last November 4th a tenant ran up to me and screamed "Biden Won -- We Are Free" -- I tried to explain the issues with the election and I paid a HUGE PRICE.
And I have been warned -- If I evict or do not renew her lease she has told me she will report me for discrimination.
So, this summer when we begin renovations on the unit above her and beside her -- we will start early and end late. I will pound nails by hammer (not the more efficient power nailers the workers will use. When we go to replace the roof -- we will start early and end late. When I break out lunch and snacks and refreshments for my workers and she runs out asking for some -- I will not have enough. When her lease comes due -- I will increase it 5% -- the max allowed by NY. I will keep her apartment in working condition but give her no extras.
So ... my battle plan with tenants who want to get political.
Well we both know that leftist do whatever they want, whenever they want because laws and rules don't apply to them, so I don’t believe it being against the law would stop them from kicking you and your children out the second they found out you were a Trump supporter, even if that meant doing it in the middle of a blizzard and not feel even one second remorse for doing so because they're dead inside and because they've infected every institution by putting their corrupt people into place so they can continue to persecute anyone who opposes them, you'd be the one thrown in jail and have your kids taken away for daring to even think of complaining about being thrown out into the blizzard.
Anyway, now that I've had my rant (of which I believe every word btw), go for it. Make the bitches life absolute hell with the hammering and the pounding and making sure she knows that she's not welcome. It’s your food, you don’t have to give her jack shit. Just because she’s renting one of your places, doesn’t mean you have to be nice or friendly to her but it DOES mean that she is obliged by contract not to do any damage to your place and if she does, she has to pay for it, make sure she remembers that.
