Until there's genuine interest for self-improvement to change their communities from within and stop blaming everyone else and demanding reparations, they're not mentally prepared to move forward as a whole. There isn't a black leader among them who will unify them for this effort because victimhood is paying well enough for their complacency. Most of their leaders are more interested in capitalizing on this mentality to make money and sell them lies to reinforce this belief that they can't move forward and it's everyone else's fault. It's a sick cycle that they've grown accustomed to.
