Never give up. I'm old. Do you know how easy it would be for me to sit back and say I quit. Chances are I won't live long enough for it to get really bad. Reality is it's not about me. I'm a patriot. I was raised to salute the flag, that pledge of allegiance I made actually means something and that the united States of America is the greatest country on the planet. To sit back and let it fall goes against everything I believe in. My sweet little granddaughter at 10 years old is truly the most innocent loving person I have known in my lifetime. She is so inherently good she doesn't see evil in anyone or anything. She can and will find good in every situation. I cannot/will not let them destroy her and the other innocents like her. I will do whatever is necessary to take my country back! Stand up! Make the commitment! If our fore father's had given up we wouldn't have a country. NEVER back down. You are a patriot!

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

But above all else, yes sir...A red blooded, unapologetic, American man who does not understand the meaning of defeat, or surrender.

Thank you for your service sir! Our soldiers/ veterans do not receive the recognition and praise they truly deserve. God bless you all!

I think we get enough, at least my generation. The generation who still has not gotten theirs are the Nam and Korea vets......and millennials, they need to get some credit too.....our generation had to fight in the nations longest war....we are war weary....as far as my service, it was fun, i enjoyed myself, made a lot of friends...but i don't want thanks genuinely. For me it was a means to and end. Had to get out of the hood. The patriotism developed slightly thereafter. But thank you.

My husband and many of our friends are vietnam era vets. I have seen with great sorrow the treatment of these great veterans on their return home from war. My husband enlisted, many were drafted. They fulfilled their responsibility to our country honorably. They were forgotten by both the american people and our government. The neglect and mistreatment of our older veterans continues. I have seen the va hospitals do everything in their power to not treat victims of agent orange.

Many people for many years enlisted to escape different situations. That is irrelevant. You did a service for the american people. In the meantime you made great friends. You strengthen your character. And yes I do not know of one single veteran who did not thoroughly enjoy at least some portion of his service. You are not so different from the ones who came before you as you may believe.

The VA finally admitted AO caused illness. I believe the list now is up to 12 maladies ranging from skin cancer to multiple heart issues. There are some additional hoops to jump through and a lot of appointments but they're getting through then. I'm fairly familiar with the process by now, I've helped one vet get 100% and another i helped apply and he should be getting close to 100% as well. Feel free to msg me if you'd like any more into.

Pepe will get you culled from the military. That's all you need to know.

Our military is cucked. Most of our younger vets are stupid. Listened to the black rifle coffee company pod cast a while back and one of the guys laughed about Trump tweeting that he won the election. Most of these people are oblivious to what is going on and I doubt we would be able to rely on most of them if it came down to it. War today is not like way in the past and it does not forge the same kind of soldier as we used to have.

Also, a large chunk of people in the military are not there to serve their country, but to get free college and no down payment on their home loan. I remember when the Iraq stuff started there were military people complaining that they didn't think they would actually have to fight anyone. I have a relative that was in the military and she is the biggest neverTrumper I know.

I feel the exact same way. I have a few practical suggestions. Let's take a two-pronged approach: 1- Use all available peaceful and legal means to fight for conservative, Constitutional- based policies. Activities like calling and writing letters to our elected representatives, peaceful protests, letters to-the-editor of local newspapers, voting, volunteering to be a poll worker, etc.etc. 2- AT THE SAME TIME, realize that we are dealing with MARXISTS. They do NOT play by the rules like we do because for them, " THE ENDS JUSTIFIES THE MEANS ". Realize, that eventually it's going to require actual armed conflict to stop what is happening. ( Read about Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Hugo Chavez, Kim Il-Sung) What do they have in common? Answer: gun confiscation. Now go read H.R.127- The Sabika Sheikh Firearms Act. What to do? ORGANIZE! How? Use, "Resistance to Tyranny" by Col Joseph Martino as a guide. You can download the PDF file for free. Form armed defense groups at the neighborhood and city level. Then expand outward. Form patriot networks. We must NEVER GIVE UP OUR GUNS.

35
tfinley [S] 35 points ago +35 / -0

I agree with you completely. Exhaust every legal peaceful process you can think of. Be prepared for violence. It is entirely possible/probable that the left will initiate violence against Patriots.

7
BotFlyPenis 7 points ago +20 / -13

That's already happened over and over. Courage is gone. We have whining and memes to take its place. A poor substitute.

21
TheClassicalLiberal 21 points ago +24 / -3

I disagree completely. You don't run from a fight. Courage is not gone. We don't have to storm the streets. We have to stand up to the petty dictators. A key way is by strengthening our community. The community is far larger than patriots.win - it's all of alt-tech.

They don't care what about we think so long as we're quiet and complaisant. Migrate off of gmail onto protonmail. That's not much but it's something and it takes a long time to do so. Subscribe to Bitchute, Rumble, LBRY, Odysee and watch your favorite content creators there and not YouTube.

Write to your favorite non-political YouTubers and ask them to upload content to Bitchute so you can watch them there.

The left didn't get to this position of power overnight AND until the last year did not attempt to use physical force. We need to push back - this is an endurance race, a war of attrition.

-13
excaliboor -13 points ago +6 / -19

“You don’t run from a fight”, he said, after running from one single gunshot that was fired on January 6th.

17
TheClassicalLiberal 17 points ago +19 / -2

There's still a long ways to go before a hot war. I understand being black-pilled but the secret to fighting them is clear. Don't comply with their demand for silence and compliance.

Oh, you may have to in some areas of your life (as in your job) but use that energy elsewhere. There's still a lot that can be done. The easiest is a tech-exit. Decouple yourself from big tech. Incorporate alt-tech in your life. It's not "useless". Twitter and Facebook have power. By going elsewhere you reduce their power.

This is a wallstreetbets (millions of small investors) out gunning the hedgefunds (Facebook and twitter)

8
OneBigMaga 8 points ago +8 / -0

This won't be won by a hot war. It will only be won by taking out those in charge. Any use of terrorist tactics will be an instant loss for us. Killing innocents, even if they do work for the government will put all of America again us.

3
Yianni1955 3 points ago +3 / -0

Very true. Don't alienate the very people you need on your side. Let the tyrannical government piss people off. ( which Biden is doing by killing jobs and tanking the economy!)

3
TheClassicalLiberal 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hot war comes with reeducation camps. I don't think it gets anywhere near that. Politicians want power and money. Real civil strife takes away profit and prestige.

3
tfinley [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

You have no courage?

16
BotFlyPenis 16 points ago +18 / -2

Yes, but my courage is nothing. I fought in Lebanon, Iraq and some other places while in the Marines.

I'll fight again. But I will just end up dead. I will have a good death though.

Those thinking this situation can be resolved peacefully are in serious denial.

I got out in 93 after 8 years. I was a 26xx, but was part of SRIG and Radio Recon. We had a small 5 man team they would drop off in the middle of the desert somewhere. Fastrope in. That took courage, couldn't see the end of the rope.

DF, field emplacable jammers, intercept and disinfo. Crawling up to a battalion of rh's by yourself takes courage. Wasn't really ever scared. Just wanted to do the mission to save our infantry guys.

This was when the USA was the USA. I don't know what this nation is anymore. Don't think many meme artists can handle being dropped behind enemy lines, where if you are caught and not killed outright, you'll be tortured and have your head chopped off with a rusty dull knife.

Shoot, do they even do SERE training anymore. Heard that got nerfed too. You train harder than combat to make combat more survivable. Nerfed training leads to losing and death in combat.

This echoes my thoughts. The US is safeguarding anywhere that isn't completely tyrannical, one way or another. If the US completely falls, it'll all go down like dominoes. The "go somewhere else" plan doesn't work unless we want to live in the remotest parts of the Arctic or in the Gobi Desert.

-10

3
Yianni1955 3 points ago +3 / -0

The country is gone once we are disarmed. As long as we have weapons, there is hope. Look to history for examples. The Afghani tribesmen living in caves fought and prevailed over the British Empire, the Soviet Union and the American military. When times get tough, men will become tough,( or die).

-6
excaliboor -6 points ago +1 / -7

Use all available peaceful and legal means to fight

The CCP/Uni-Party Administration is working as fast as they can to consolidate and increase their hold on power. (If you don't believe me find a video of Liz Cheney on Chris Wallace's show yesterday or read Sundance: https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2021/02/07/pay-attention-those-still-advocating-against-a-third-party-need-to-move-to-acceptance-phase-gop-is-not-recoverable/

The coup was the most vulnerable last month, that's why they had their shills out in force telling us to "don't do anything, if we do - we are just stepping into their trap" .

Their 'trap" What trap did/do they have? What would have happened if 100 million Americans had stood up and said "NO"! Would they have fired on us?

That would have brought another 100 million to our banner. No, they gas-lighted us into fearing to take action against them.

We need to take control of our local and State governments yesterday. WE need to identify and bring charges of Treason against those we suspect are traitors. If they set foot in our state we need to arrest and imprison till we can bring them to trial.

Make the deep state come and try to rescue them - our problem right now is we don't have anybody to shoot at.

7
DonJr2024 7 points ago +7 / -0

So many things we can do such as supporting based businesses, getting more involved in local politics, raising kids to spot propaganda, etc.

Also though - we really need to fix only about 4 counties voting and Don Jr gets in. Or Don Sr again. Or to think a little bigger, we need to focus on about 6 states and really punt Dominion the fuck out of there.

5
gamingnerd1 5 points ago +9 / -4

And if you’re wondering why we are losing so badly, it’s the fact that no one here believes anything but “peaceful” resistance is possible.

10
Yianni1955 10 points ago +11 / -1

Not me. I recommend a two-pronged approach. 1- is peaceful 2- prepare and organize for war. We are dealing with Marxists that just stole a Presidential election. Realistically, it's going to take a war to clean out the rot. We can't just start shooting up the place. We have to be smart, get organized, develop networks, come up with strategies, tactics and plans. The Marxist- Democrats are going to try to disarm us ( read H.R.127- The Sabika Sheikh Firearms Act). We need to get ready and be prepared to act.

I'm 24. Almost everyone I know around my age either hates Trump or supports BLM/Socialism. I entirely fear for our future when these people start voting overwhelmingly and running for office. I don't want to give up, but it's difficult when everyone around you and the entire media and social media infrastructure of the country is supporting their ideology.

35
muy_libre 35 points ago +35 / -0

Man, I feel that. I’m also mid-twenties. People love to shit on boomers, but our country is fucked when that generation dies off.

30
Greg867 30 points ago +30 / -0

Same. Just turned 32. Went to an engineering school and pretty much all my friends who are engineers....I thought they could think independently..... but almost every single one of them is obsessed with this critical race theory cancer.

18
muy_libre 18 points ago +18 / -0

I’m an engineer too. Most are vapid lefties.

18
Belleoffreedom 18 points ago +18 / -0

This is sad. Chemist, here. Engineers used to be smart.

19
10MeV 19 points ago +19 / -0

Engineers are smart. But like any smart system, garbage in = garbage out. Smart people still do some dumb things.

People are being brainwashed, propagandized, and they don't seem to even care. Social acceptance is paramount. They won't stand up to any criticism, any mockery of their position.

A big reason is the women, who lead men around by their.... appendage. Men want sex, women will deny it if the men don't cater to the women's concerns. So the men give in, over, and over, and over again.

The real problem, the biggest problem, is the millennial women. The culture for the last 20 years or more has been all about "empowering" the "fierce" women. So now they have embraced that. Sorry, that becomes a whole rant of its own.

9
DiamondInTheWeeds 9 points ago +9 / -0

You are right. We're witnessing this in our own family. Conservative stepson is kowtowing to pussy-whipping lib wife. Disgusting.

6
CSIS_CIA_pure-evil 6 points ago +6 / -0

Engineers used to be very independent and creative. Now they are pumped through the system in great numbers and want to be "professionals". They value their linked-in profiles and spend a lot of time networking. Many want to get out of design work and get into management. They think they ought to be directors at age 30. Most have no interest in engineering (as in designing things, solving problems, prototyping things, understanding how everything works).

In the 1970's, engineering classes were far smaller, and the characters (mostly men) were quite independent. Often they studied math/physics before they decided to get into applied science. Electrical, Civil, Mechanical had common courses until about half way though the program -- so even an electrical engineer understood thermodynamics. The trend now is to differentiate much earlier.

Now universities take engineering classes right out of high school with predictable results. Things like single digit grades in important courses, but getting passed anyway when they challenge it.

I find science and math students to be more free thinking than modern engineers.

2
LazySusan 2 points ago +2 / -0
Same situation here. I even had a few conservative leaning engineer friends in college who switched sides after graduation. Some no longer speak to me because orange man bad. We were one of the majors where our professors didn't have time to talk about politics. We weren't being indoctrinated directly in class (although this was a lefty school).

I'm not sure that engineering specifically trains people to think critically per se, but it definitely encourages people to think creatively. When your goal is to have an open mind and solve the problem most efficiently, you don't automatically go with the status quo. In today's society, the status quo is rampant leftism. These leftist beliefs are not based in logic or reason at all. It makes no sense to me that engineers of all people would adopt this viewpoint.

I worry about the future of this country for many reasons, but what is going on in our professions? Woke concepts will destroy them all. We'll have a generation of engineers who are incapable of understanding advanced concepts let alone doing math (2+2=5). What will our nation be capable of producing then?
3
CSIS_CIA_pure-evil 3 points ago +3 / -0

I would agree. We grew up with meritocracy. Good people were rewarded for excellence. Now that meritocracy = racism, it is a race to the lowest common denominator. Worse yet, great people that might have been engineers, scientists or medical doctors are displaced by those chosen via other criteria (skin color, sexual orientation, challenged in some manner)

The great advancements of the last century would not have been possible without meritocracy. If we went back to that, the smartest young people would pick up where the boomers left off.

3
Dreadnot 3 points ago +3 / -0

On the plus side the people that keep the intersectional coalition together are also close to dying off. People like Pelosi.

1
CoolWineDad 1 point ago +2 / -1

Don't expect conservatives over 40 to care about you or offer us any help either. We're basically on our own.

2
Yianni1955 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have to disagree on that point. You are not on your own. A lot of us boomers may not be tip- top physical specimens anymore, but can still provide support in many ways. An example: I can't hump a 40 lb backpack for a 6 mile run, BUT, I have medical training and teach a field trauma care course on my own time and free, to local patriot groups. I also have various properties that could be used for safe houses if necessary. Us old folk can contribute food, equipment, ammo, intel, etc to the " tip of the spear" warfighters. Even marines have a support tail. Don't write older people off just because they can't do hand-to-hand combat.

4
CoolWineDad 4 points ago +4 / -0

I wasn't even talking about some fantasy combat scenario. Boomers have refused to pass on institutions to new generations and hang on to positions until they die, at which point the business or organization itself is on its deathbed. How many conservative boomers have helped "lazy" millennials or younger people get jobs? Very few, most spend their time telling us to "work harder" when we work minimum wage jobs, or cannot get higher paying jobs because boomer run corporations flood the country with H1B workers and other cheap labor.

3
Yianni1955 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm in the medical field, so my view is somewhat skewed as there have always been shortages of doctors, nurses, medical assistants, etc. where I have worked. I'm not familiar with other industries. For sure, in government, people, ( especially politicians!), hang on to their jobs waaaay too long!

1
Greg867 1 point ago +1 / -0

Kinda random but since you are in the medical field and here. Any insight into this vaccine? I work somewhere where I am afraid they will mandate the vasa vaccine but I will not take (not anti vaxxer but too many stories and the censoring doesnt make me feel better when I'm a healthy 32 year old. ) If this virus really is just another strain of the flu and they push so hard on this shit. Common sense tells me not to trust them? Am I crazy? I feel like I'm being completely logical. But to be honest.....really dont wanna lose my job, but...ugh ya you know what I'm saying. Fuck Winnie the Pooh in China. I think we can all agree t o that. Oh and fuck the potato who thinks he is president 😂

1
Yianni1955 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm all for vaccines in general. I'm going to sit this one out for 1 year and see what more data shows. After that, if the data looks OK and shows that the risk /benefit is worth it for my age group, then I'll most likely get it. Kind of a general principle that I follow, is to never be in the first wave of people that try a new drug or therapy. Example: For decades it was Gospel truth that all women were automatically put on estrogens at menopause. Then the 1991 Women's Health Initiative study came out with new data that changed everything. You have to look at your age, assess your health status, then look at current data to figure where you are on the risk/ benefit scale.

9
stjdalen 9 points ago +10 / -1

Wouldn't worry too much. When I was 24 I was into environmental stuff and definitely not a conservative. Nothing wrong with being into environmental stuff and I was a free thinker back then so

People tend to be left leaning when they are younger. However you are right that the media and social media big tech are brainwashing the young generation big time. So if you aren't a free thinker by nature it could get difficult for a lot of people to form their own opinions

Guess we will see how it goes

But like you say, don't give up. It's not really about giving up, it's about being true to yourself. Your opinions may change as you go through life, that's cool, as long as you are being true to yourself

Good luck

8
Belleoffreedom 8 points ago +8 / -0

I just wanted to add that the left promises instant solutions to all the world's problems. I'm hearing it from my kid. "Oh, all you have to do is ...."

He and I agree on a number of things, such as the need to reform the way (and how much) we pay for college, some environmental concerns, etc., so he demanded to know why I didn't vote for Bernie. "Darlin', Bernie is a genial old commie who is not capable of running the country, and whose policies will never deliver on his promises." At this point, there is no way on earth I can SHOW him what's wrong with Marxist policies, because he just does not comprehend what I tell him -- his context is still to thin.

He has no idea why I watched every one of DJT's Wuhan Coronavirus press conferences, and no real appreciation for the role of the Federal government in both protecting us from overseas travelers, as well as making equipment and medicines available where they are needed.

He has no idea that this is the first US President in my lifetime who actually used the tools of the office to lift burdens off of our economy, to very good effect.

But, he's learning from GameStop.

He thinks for himself, and I'm not discouraged by the process.

Do you live in a city or blue county? Because if you do then that is why

I don’t live in a blue area, and 90% of people my age (also mid-twenties) are left-leaning.

Bullet_Tooth_Tony 10 points ago +11 / -1

Well yeah they are mid 20s. Sadly most people that age do not know responsibility these days. Wait till they inch closer to 30 and really start on their career path. I was a fucking liberal arts college weirdo up till I was about 23 and hit the real world. I went to write a final paper on why we need more gun control and well... look at my name now.

You have patriots here. Come often listen to the words they say. Be inspired. There are many young people here. It is difficult to stand up for what you believe in. Stand firm in your beliefs. Failure is not an option!! Look and listen to the foreign pedes. They don't give up and they are in a worse situation.

I know a few people in their early to mid 20’s that are either conservative or at the very least, anti-woke culture. I live in a very blue state so its encouraging to see some conservative young people.

"If trouble must come let it come in my time so that my children may live in peace." Thomas Paine.

My greatest fear today is that the moral and recruitment of the military will degrade to the levels under Obama as it also did during Clinton. Clinton wasted the "peace dividend". The draft may have to return and it will include girls. The next war (which I believe in some form is already here) will be very ugly.

9
BotFlyPenis 9 points ago +14 / -5

There will be no war. Not one that can change anything. Trannies and girls can't fight, and the men have no reason to fight anymore. Even if they did, they are too weak of mind and body to do anything. The feminists have seen to that.

The only thing I pray for is a good death. To take as many of the evil men that substitute money for honor with me.

The rest will meme and whine until they get a knock on the door and when the ground truth reality hits, they will stfu and meekly beg for their lives. A very poor death.

0
Knight1_of_Sunset 0 points ago +5 / -5

Okay Doomer. Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Also, ironic that you complain about whiners and weak men while your post comes off as VERY whiny and weak.

2
BotFlyPenis 2 points ago +7 / -5

Whatever. Keep up your keyboard fantasies. I never give up. I am talking about the rest of you Millennial and post millennial participation trophy faggots. I've shed and taken blood. I expect to die for my honor. Quixotically. Because this country is so pussified, there are not enough men to feed the tree with their own blood or the blood of our corrupt traitorous enemies. So you can kindly STFU from your pampered life.

8
tfinley [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

I have the same fears. However I feel local militias and single patriots may play a greater role than at any time since the civil war

2
Data 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm sure you'll agree the full quote is even more inspiring and relevant.

Not a man lives on the continent but fully believes that a separation must some time or other finally take place, and a generous parent should have said, "If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace;" and this single reflection, well applied, is sufficient to awaken every man to duty.

3
Grindelwald 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thank you. Always better to read the whole of sentiment. It's like learning there is a fourth stanza in the Star spangled banner. Or to know there are words engraved on top of the Washington Monument. Those are simple ones. So many others that our schools will not teach or acknowledge.

Totally agree. I have four young Grandchildren and I live to fight for them. Luckily their parents are based but it's important to hear reinforcement from my wife and I on the importance of freedom, liberty, self-sufficiency, etc.

Swinging the culture pendulum back to normal is going to take a ton of effort, educating our youth is critical.

14
sir_rockness 14 points ago +15 / -1

I never give up on my God and my Savior Jesus Christ. I never give up on my wife, my kids and my close family.

But sir I have given up on this country I'm sad to say. My faith and hope isn't in her anymore. When I see how far it's fallen, when I see the lack of justice in her halls... I just don't see it being worth perpetuating anymore.

But I pray and hope for the best for folks like you, myself and others who believe in the things that made it great and I hope we can create something new and better than what it was.

Blood on the battle field, is the only thing that will change our current course, and if people are not willing to sacrafice that , then we as a once known as, the greatest country on earth, will be runnng in 6th or 7th place. Do you think these people are going to give up the current control and power they have fraudulently contained? No they will not, and they have every legal organization bought and paid for to go on their command. Wake up people, we are in a war, in our own country.

America really has until millennials die off, they are the last generation that remembers what its like before the internet and social media dominated "reality"

There may be some based zoomers out there, but in a world filled with people who view the content with the most social media likes as reality, there will never be a chance to overcome the techno-fascists in charge.

There is still time, but its not much more than 20 years if I had to wager a guess.

I stand by my opinion that you can't outvote a computer algorithm though, so how we are going to fix this in the next 20 years without any institutional power, or even support from the GoP, is beyond me. Hope is worth having, but make plans for all contingencies.

9
DrinkLikeAGilmore 9 points ago +9 / -0

Not millennials. They have no clue what life was like pre-internet and social media. Its Gen X that is last of generations to know what life is like without the internet and social media. I would give anything to go back to those days.

4
xxxMAGA420xxx 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm a millenial on the older side (38), and I can tell you that the "internet" was a thing in the early and mid 2000s but it wasn't the end all be all of everything. Facebook was formed in 2004 and it wasn't a behemoth then for example. MySpace was "big", but big back then just meant a few million people, not hundreds of millions (twitter) or billions (facebook) of people connected through a social media platform like it is today.

I don't think this situation is a binary between growing up not knowing what a computer is and being a social media butterfly. Hell laptops and smartphones didn't even really become "good" until about 2007 or so, I'd probably draw the line there as the point where kids growing up with that sort of tech might not know what its like to just turn off their "toys" and go outside and play. These artificial "generation" demarcations aren't useful when nobody can agree upon what the hard date is.

If I had to wager a guess, people born after 1994 will have a difficult time breaking their social media conditioning. My 2 cents anyways.

3
DrinkLikeAGilmore 3 points ago +4 / -1

If you are 38, you are a Gen X ;)

I was born in '78 and by middle school we were learning about "the world wide web" and by middle high school my friends and I were all hooked on AOL chatrooms.

2
xxxMAGA420xxx 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm fine with either label and I've been labeled both depending on who is setting the timeline.

I think its more than just an age thing though. A lot of it is regional and comes down to technological adoption and access to the best technology. Those barriers were essentially gone by the mid 2000s

3
Falling_ferret 3 points ago +3 / -0

Born in 91 and I agree with most of what you said. However, perhaps it's who and where I grew up, the vast majority of my friends my age and younger don't have much social media. You know what, that's probably self selecting now that I think about it.

8

From one grandparent to another, thank you! I can't stand the thought of the world being so hateful, negative and deceitful to my now 2.5 year old granddaughter. She is as kind, caring, intelligent and sweet as they come (I know...biased grandma opinion =). She, and all children, deserve the country that we grew up in with a nuclear family, a country that we were proud to be a part of, freedom of speech, consequences for actions, etc. I said years ago (and received a lot of flak for it) that the woman's lib movement was the beginning of the end for the family in America. Look at what it has devolved into. I'm too old to do much more than email and call our representatives but I always find hope after reading the posts by the younger patriots on here. May God bless them all.

8
marieantoinette2013 8 points ago +8 / -0

You made me cry. I am still sobbing. I am old, too. I am very sorry America has come to this. Did I make it like this or help to? I will commit with my mind, my heart, and what little money and time I have left. How can I help stop this horrible slide from happening? I'm not by any means unintelligent but I guess I am very stupid. And naive. With the last vestige of control over my destiny gone -- fair elections, I have absolutely no power. I don't want to capitulate, roll over and die, but the evil ones are winning. I guess this is just a cry of despair.

1
tfinley [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Do not give up! Use those emotions to your advantage. There are always things to be done. Write letters to your state congressman requesting they stand up to federal overreach. Keep pushing them. Contact legislatures in the swing states involved in this fraud. Ask them to take action. Maybe we are all responsible for what is happening. Maybe some were to naive to understand how truly evil people are. The facts are this is where we are. All the what ifs and maybes won't change that. Stand up fren. Be proud. You are an American patriot! Never give up!

7
WeCax49 7 points ago +7 / -0

Call legislators in AZ, GA, PA, MI, WI and NH: They're drafting legislation to secure elections, and cracking down on mail in voting. Rand Paul himself is lobbying them and going to visit every republican legislature.

Most importantly, make sure to vote in 2022. If possible, stand as a candidate yourself in any position you can get. Vote in the primary elections. Sign up as a ballot counter. Do everything possible to ensure that we win with a secure election.

What I can't understand is that the military is suppose to be weeding out all Trump supporters. Is this true? Makes me so angry. Our American Patriots are the finest men in the world! Every day I pray for them and ask the Holy Spirit to lift them, guide and direct them. Our soldiers are not mindless robots! They took a pledge to defend this country foreign and domestic and to think they are stopping our military men from doing this is beyond anything I can even wrap my mind around!!! As much as we are against this corruption, it's possible eventually there's going to need to be a leader that is willing to water the tree of liberty. An organized movement. Only a matter of time when it comes to the communist china regime I think (they are the ones behind all the subversion currently going on). If that doesn't happen, there may be a few that finally say enough is enough on their own but will promptly be taken out by the military and law enforcement. Or if they are part of military and law enforcement will quickly be booted from service and booked.

Personally, I do not have the skill, experience, or wherewithal to be that person to lead in such a time, but if it doesn't happen soon enough before impending complete authoritarian domination, I'm out. Get while the getting is good. It's one thing to stay and fight if there's a chance, if there's a movement from within or that is large and resourceful enough, but it's foolish to commit suicide for zero gain and zero purpose. The founding fathers didn't have to fight against special ops, drone strikes, cyber warfare, fighter jets, and heavy anti-armor war machinery. At least live on for another day. Pass on your ideas elsewhere. Even if we are no longer in the United States, America will always be where ever we go, because it is an idea not a land. Write books and record information for future generations. The only thing I will absolutely refuse to budge one inch on is my faith in Jesus as savior, but that goes far beyond this life and I fear God much more than what a man can do to my body.

The rise of the evil regimes in Germany, North Korea, China, Soviet weren't the fault of the people that fled and escaped before it got really bad. Those people would've just been more deaths to add to the tally for those governments if they had stayed. And their uprisings if they tried any would've been flattened instantly.

I think there's still time before that. We have yet to see how things might go with a 3rd party, and election reform where ever possible. Perhaps there's still enough people power to take things back peacefully. There's the movements to secession (Texas becomes the new America). Maybe a leader willing to do what must be done will rise. I hear that china may not be doing so well on the inside. Maybe they'll collapse. Maybe the US will collapse before murderous tyranny starts showing its face, but that would be a whole host of other problems.

I say don't give up. But I also say making your escape isn't synonymous with giving up.

PS: Btw, sorry if this rains on the party a little, but I remember being 10 years old and with other 10 year olds. There's not one single 10 year old that is so perfect or inherently good. She probably acts it really well around grandpa. Middle schoolers can be brutal. Younger children do tend to be innocent, but no one is inherently good, especially by that age. You know how selfish and immature teenagers are, well 10 is before that. It takes a lot of self-knowledge and understanding to even make it a moderate habit to do right by others and not be a fool. That's why folks tend to be liberal when younger and conservative when older. Experience and wisdom. Also why our country is getting wrecked, because true philosophical wisdom wasn't passed down in most families.

Biden is set to become the Herbert Hoover of the Greatest Depression, except without any decent policy ideas on fixing the greatest depression except for the green new deal, which won't work and will prolong the depression. They children only absorb what information we give them... The school system wants them dumb. This way they rely on the state for everything...

Absolutely beautiful sentiment with which I 110% agree. In the span from October 6th to December 17th, 2020 I lost: my dad's remaining siblings (brother and sister), my mom's late sister's widower, my dad and my mom. I'm still basically in shock and pretty raw at this point but especially as, the youngest of 7 and sole caretaker (and now dealing with the nightmarish estate resolution ALONE), my parents and I were IT for Trump supporters in my huge family. I am excruciatingly alone in my LOATHING for the 2021 Dystopia as can't talk to my kool-aid chugging siblings. I tell my conservative friends here in the hometown (which I plan on FLEEING at 100 mph back to The City once everything's resolved) I'm kind of glad the truly-terrified parents did not have to see the scorched earth that The Last Bastion Of Liberty is quickly morphing into under the XiDen totalitarian regime.

I applaud your patriotism, I proudly served (army 1986-1994) and love my fellow patriots. Here's a classic - red skelton on the pledge of allegiance.

And please take 25 minutes (there are abbreviated versions clipped from this speech but it's worth watching in its ENTIRETY) to watch humble Vietnam HERO Master Sergeant Roy Benavidez on why he loves the country and the flag (now deceased, RIP). He's a bit difficult to understand but once you understand the scope of his injuries and WHERE they anatomically occurred you'll understand why. MSgt Benavidez on the flag.

I love all my patriot frens so that makes me happy. Unite and work together.

I am with you. I don’t have grandkids but this fight is for the youth of our great nation and the desire they may grow up and prosper in the greatest country on earth.

Thank you.

if anything this past year is proof we need to engage in MORE activism, not less. this is true for both the right and the left. we all share a common enemy.

Yes! Take a stand for what you believe in but be well informed! Never ever blindly believe anything you are told. Research both sides of a story. Frequently the truth is somewhere in the middle. Brainstorm with friends. Always make certain you have sources to prove why you believe in something or someone.

^This, I served in the military for this country. I came from poverty and now I make 6 figures. I have a great life with a family, a nice house on a lot of land.

It’d be easy for me to go about my life and enjoy the fruits of my labor, but it’s not about me.

I want all kids (not just mine) to have the liberty and freedom to forge their own path. I want them to know prosperity that is achieved by perseverance and self reliance.

Yes, I’ll gladly lay down my life to give them a future, a life full of opportunity that I’ve known.

The reality is these things we’ve all had the privilege of experiencing were made possible by the ones who came before us.

The price of freedom is high (cost reflects value) so high that it takes an entire generation giving their lives in order to have it.

It was earned by the blood of patriots who knew the measure of its worth and we need to accept that the bill is coming due.

Simply put, we’re about to find out what we’re made of, the time is near to lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way.

God bless you all.

God bless the USA.
