So, I know that a lot of people here are anti-cannabis, and I get it.

It does work wonders for SOME people though. I'm one of them. It helped me get off of a potentially addictive pain med.

I personally use weed for chronic pain and have for almost 10 years now. Before I started, I was on Tramadol, which has relation to Morphine without the same level of addiction that comes with it. However, it does have addictive properties and I was told to be careful how much/often I took it.

Fortunately for me, I hated the stuff, so that wasn't a problem for me.

Anyway, long story short, not only am I completely off the Tramadol, but I'm also way down on using up to 6 Extra Strength Advil (400mg Ibuprofen) and 6 Extra Strength Muscle Relaxers (Methocarbamol 400mg with Acetaminophen 500mg) per DAY, simply to function. Now I'm down to maybe 2 Advil & 2 muscle relaxers a MONTH if I'm having a particularly bad time.

Cannabis affects everyone differently and this is NOT a blanket cure all by any means. It's simply been a real game changer for me.

Cannabis is literally the only thing that works. I was put in barbiturates at one point, and brain surgery was discussed. I was like screw that. I was classed as non-compliance bc I wouldn't take the pills, lost my insurance and assistance.

Been doing my thing for twenty years, and I have been through the shit, bc of my medicine.
