Given Jeep’s target audience, having a leftist like Springsteen shill a hollow and fake message of unity seems like a bad marketing choice.

Jeep's target audience isn't "jeep enthusiasts". It's soccer mom's and teenage girls.

My wife has a Grand Cherokee. Granted, we bought it years ago before all this... She wanted it because she grew up off roading with her dad in his as a kid.

It's not a bad vehicle. But I sure as hell won't be buying another.

My spouse wants to make the same kind of nostalgic purchase. I've succeeded in holding off; ridiculous notion spending that much on something like nostalgia. That time period is over honey, we don't live at the beach or mountains like you grew up, we live in Gainesville.

I've never bought one and never will. I do like the Ford Bronco, though.
