this IS going to happen eventually fren...look back at how the industrial revolution drastically changed the world. We went from thousands and thousands of years of everyone (including governments) being brutally poor, to all governments (dictorships, democracies, etc) being massively productive. The technological revolution IS right around the corner. It's going to make the industrial revolution look as archaic as say, the Colleseum in Europe. Automation IS going to wipe out hundreds of millions of jobs....that is inevitable. Economies and world powers are pretty volitile when you graph them out right? Some gain power, some lose, economies depress and they surge....however technology has been consisten from the very beginning. I know it sounds out there, but eventually, I think we will have a stateless society with an AI 'calling the shots' so to speak, guiding us making the important decisions. That is what 'the great reset' is all about. That said, the transition is going to be brutal...especially since we're not slowly going to it...it's being forced :( I'm saying all of this because going back to the OP on BTC...you can save this post and come back to it years later...it WILL BE THE ONE WORLD CURRENCY as you stated. I was getting bashed here when I invested thousands when it was nearing $10k....now it's in the $40k range. Get ready fren, the hyper inflation is going to be like nothing we've seen which is going to drive the USD into the ground. Those without any BTC will find themselves completely fucked. Whether all of this is a good thing or a bad thing, I'm not here to discuss. All of that said, if I were you, I would certainly start investing now. It will help you for whatever plans you may have in the future. To fight what's going on, or do nothing about it...you'll need money.
