Inauguration happened and the only way to get Biden out is he dies or is impeached and convicted (won't happen). If that happens, Kamala takes over. There's no scenario where the whole Biden Admin gets removed and Trump put back in. All we will get out of any court cases is a "judgement" but nothing can be done about it.
