That isn't the point he's making. He taking shots at the fact they are printing more money for an individual package than last time yet are giving out less of it than last time. Bernie is a Socialist he wants all that money to be spread accross the board. The last round most of the stimulus went towards large companies like Amazon and Walmart who are subsidizing worker pay through the government.
