IMHO, when it finally hits that point where we know there's no other way out/no more remedy, we probably need to turn full Monster and just let loose. If the country is going down without question, we may as well take it back/take down the villains on the way.

Introduce a new bill that will make it illegal to pay an illegal anything LESS than 4X the going minimum wage! And have big files for those business hiring such people and reward illegals that turn in their bosses who hire them.
Justify it by saying that since they are poor "undocumented" types they obviously cannot afford health care and cannot legally sign up for welfare programs ( even though they can in places like commiepornia ), but play up the whole victim angle maybe even INCREASE the multiplier to 6X etc...
Get the big business lobbyists in your office complaining to you on camera and then send the footage to CNN. Use their whining against them.
Call anyone who opposes it a racist and homophobe etc,.... or a supporter of non-union type "BAD BIG BUSINESSES" etc...
NET Result: Hiring an Illegal alien will cost so damned much that it will KILL THE DEMAND for illegal alien labor.
We need to start using the "Law of Unintended Consequences" as weapon instead of suffering from it!
