Wow. So the author thinks that her neighbor did it because the neighborhood is mostly white. As if that's a negative thing, and yet, they also live there (seemingly in a second home). First of all, she's probably at least a little right, studies show that less diverse areas are more socially cohesive. Second of all, is this why the coastal libs are always screeching about "white privilege"? Because they feel guilty that they have it and feel the need to point a finger before one gets pointed at them?

Then she talks about Ben Sasse asking for unity, and how she's not ready to offer absolution to "Trumpites" after the "desecration" at the Capitol; she thinks unity is a worthy goal, but we have a lot to do before she'll consider it. To which I say this:

Ben Sasse doesn't speak for us, we don't want your absolution and we don't want unity with you. You are our enemy and we are yours.
