I'm not sold on social media... I left FB and Twitter and life has been 1000% better. I come here, check Epoch, and read the local news a few times a week. That's it. It's not old school, it information sourcing and proofing with the limits my metal health can take. I've began to engage my local government more and I'm getting my voice heard. Pick what you can handle, but social media gets twisted so fucking much it's just not worth it if you don't absolutely need it.
