It's systematic, and unlike the news I'm using that word correctly, because whites have to fork out an arm and a leg to raise one child with intense scrutiny from CPS and other organizations while everyone else gets multiple checks from the government per kid with zero accountability.
Welfare needs to end, period. Starve the parasites.
