From what I read Jill was a teenager when she began babysitting for the Bidens, this was prior to the wife's car accident and death. I read his letter and I think he actually may be covering for her or may not realize that she had been babysitting for them for awhle.
From what I read Jill was a teenager when she began babysitting for the Bidens, this was prior to the wife's car accident and death.
