Couldn’t the States pass a Constitutional Amendment allowing State to legally succeed (non violently) if the State Legislators vote for it? It would require 2/3 of States to ratify but with the way the Biden economy is going that might not be too far off. Also, Texas already has the constitutional right to split up into 5 States so if they did that before the vote on the Constitutional Amendment they could have much more influence.
