I'm not sure how it's moving the goal posts for him. He's been saying that and that's his position for being a foundational black American (a term he's credited with and organization he promotes). It's what we've been saying about Heels-Up Harris forever. He's just direct about calling out blacks without American slavery heritage about it, including her. In other words, "you ain't black."
