I'm familiar with The Art of War. I'm also aware that modern warfare has a particular focus on special operations as a result of the logistics of mobilizing a large scale offensive being complicated by modern infrastructure and information warfare.
Guerilla warfare has posed the greatest challenge to military forces around the world in the modern day, granted one of the reasons is because of the optics of firing artillery into residential zones, an issue our particular enemies probably won't have to worry about, but a gun behind every blade of grass is enough to scare even the most brazen of soldiers and if it takes an artillery shell coming through their wall to start radicalizing Americans to the realization that shooting back is the only way to become free again then so be it.
There's a reason they attack our 1st Amendment rights before our 2nd Amendment rights. Everyone here is too afraid to use their 2nd Amendment rights to defend the 1st but not only that. Everyone here is also too afraid to use their 2nd Amendment rights to defend their 2nd Amendment rights unless they can organize together, something they can't do without their 1st Amendment rights, so effectively everyone here is just letting their rights be taken away without resistance. The establishment's only real fear is that we'll shoot back in large numbers, and in order to ensure that happens we need to stop waiting around in the cold war dread as the enemy secures their position and advances their agenda unopposed but rather set a fire under everyone's asses to get them on their feet and ready to fight by making this war go hot.
I agree with your assessment of the situation, but I don't believe Americans are ready to go hot because their lives are still too comfortable. Since 9/11, we've been trading freedom for the false promise of safety and that bad trade has gone into overdrive during the pandemic. If a stolen election doesn't wake up the masses, I am unsure what will force people to wake up and take up arms.
