I have another question. In the future, when this bullshit is finally put to rest, how stupid will it look to see people in masks on commercials and shows? Cause that's happening more and more and I DON'T LIKE IT!!!!
There's an ad I see a lot for Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital where doctors and nurses, one by one face the camera, no one else anywhere near each one though presumably there's a camera crew, masked of course, and they're speaking through their fucking masks to the camera. And then it cuts to lettering: "Call 1-800-MSK-somethingorother." And I'm like, did they actually change their phone number to reference MASKS??? But no that's for Memorial Sloan Kettering.
The ones that bug me out are the billboards for the community colleges in my area. You know they would normally be like a picture of one of their smiling students and then it says something like, "Moron State University: Where Your Future Starts" or whatever. Except now all these billboards (there are probably half a dozen community colleges near me) show the picture of the one student WEARING A MASK! One student, all by herself! Every time I see it I just think WTAF?!? Why would you even do that? You really want prospective students to make that association, rather than just showing the smiling student like you usually do? It's BIZARRE.
