There’s a reason why testosterone replacement therapy is banned in male sports. Having perfect hormones at peak levels gives you an unfair advantage over the competition.
Even if you ignore a lifetime of testosterone trans athletes have perfect hormone levels that never fluctuate. That’s not possible for a natural athlete.
