You can impeach people as private citizens idk why theyre arguing this. They should be arguing there was no due process, no committees, no investigation, nothing, and that is whats unconstitutional. But if it were me id ignore that altogether and just bog down government for a month with readings of the time article, ruby freeman and mike lindell videos.

There's no precedent for convicting a private citizen on impeachment. It exists as a method to remove someone from office for high crimes and misdemeanors.
