It's unconstitutional, so not an Impeachment.

No Chief Justice during "Impeachment Trial" = Tyranny.

I never thought I'd live to see a day where the mention of the "Constitution" would actually draw scoffs and eye rolls from large swaths of this country.

They have zero respect for it, and will denigrate it whenever given the opportunity.
