Poland continues to serve as an inspiration in the fight against communism. The Solidarity movement became too big to kill. Saint Pope John Paul II also served as an inspiration against communism, because he encouraged nonviolent resistance, and capitalized on the fact that Catholicism was too big to kill by the communist regime.

The countries that used to be behind the iron curtain did things right. The communists in those countries either fled, were imprisoned, or were killed. We need to foster the same environment in the US to set ourselves free
